Privacy Policy

Prospona respects your right to privacy. On this page we tell you how we collect, process and use  information our users share with us. In order to add a recipe to your Recipe Collection, you need to fill in a form through which you give us your contact details (for example, your email address). We use this information to contact you if it is necessary and also to adjust the content of our site to your  needs and interests.

We would like to inform you that, conforming to the latest change to the law on collecting and processing of personal data (EU regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data as well as the repeal of directive 95/46/EC),  PROSPONA Ltd - National Court Register no. 28133, tax no. 7340027800 Official company register no. 490017950 (referred to hereafter as PROSPONA) will use the data given to it by its commercial and private customers and partners only in order to fulfil its contractual obligations towards those customers, and their personal details can be shared with third parties in circumstances outlined in each individual contract between PROSPONA and its customer. Both commercial and private customers have a right to access their personal data, and to correct, transfer or delete them, limit their use,  and to object to the processing of their personal data.

In order to comply with the GDPR we publish here our Data Processing Clause outlining the responsibilities of Prospona as your data administrator. If you have any questions, please contact us. We process your data according to GDPR, art. 6 paragraph 1 b)  from 27.04.2016, where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

The administrator will not share with or transfer the collected data to any third state or an international  organisation. The administrator will give access to personal data to other parties on conditions as stipulated in each individual contract between PROSPONA and its customer.

The data will be stored for the period necessary for fulfilling contractual obligations, but no longer than 10 years from the termination of the contract (as prescribed by art. 118 of Polish Civil Law). The person whose data are stored by us has a right to access their personal data, and to correct, transfer or delete them, limit their use and to complain to the supervisory organ. The collected data will not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling.  Sharing your details with us is not compulsory but it is necessary for fulfilling our obligations towards you.

 

Cookies are small bits of information which are sent by the web server and are recorded on the user's computer.  They usually contain the name of the website where they came from, the time they will be stored on the user's computer and a unique number. Prospona Ltd uses cookies for the purposes of statistics (visits counter) and for adjusting the way its web page functions. All modern internet browsers allow users to choose whether to accept cookies. As a default setting, browsers accept cookies.
