Glazing gel prevents cake surfaces and fruit from drying out and gives them an attractive appearance.

This glazing gel is transparent and shiny. The product is economical to use and goes a long way, it is easy to use and does not lose its qualities even if reheated several times.

  • Extract: min. 65%.
  • Directions for use: mix the gel with water at a ratio of 1:1 and let dissolve completely.
