Pumpkin purée - pasteurized (thickened) – this product is made by thickening pumpkin purée. Due to its deep orange colour, it is widely used as a natural colouring in various sweet and savoury bakery and other products. Apple purée – this is a product obtained from fruits blazed.
- It is made with 200 g of raw pumpkin per 100 g of finished product.
