Prospona in our offer has fruit puree - pumpkin puree and apple puree.

Pumpkin purée - pasteurized (thickened) – this product is made by thickening pumpkin purée. Due to its deep orange colour, it is widely used as a natural colouring in various sweet and savoury bakery and other products. Apple purée – this is a product obtained from fruits blazed.

Pumpkin puree

  • It is made with 200 g of raw pumpkin per 100 g of finished product.
  • Extract: min. 9%.
Use:
  • for adding to sweet and savoury pastries to colour them and to prolong their freshness
  • as a base for soups and sauces
  • addition to base to prepare sorbet, dairy-based ice cream and desserts

Apple puree

  • Made from 100g of apple per 100g of finished product.
  • Extract: min. 8%.

Use:

  • base for desserts
  • base for the preparation of fillings
  • base for the preparation of apple's mousse
  • addition to cakes
