Its smooth consistency allows for both manual and automatic application.

  • Extract: min. 57%.
  • This product do not contain any colourings.

Use:

  • ideal for filling doughnuts, cheese balls or leavened pastries after baking
  •  for layering sponge cakes, small cake portions or gingerbread
